Invoices are subject to our full terms and conditions which are available upon request.

All prices quoted or agreed by King Solutions / UK Door Locks are, unless otherwise stated,

  • Exclusive of VAT or any other applicable tax.
  • Exclusive of delivery / carriage charges.
  • Are subject to change without prior notice.


The customers or its carriers receipt shall be conclusive evidence of delivery.

Delivery discrepancies must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Deliveries are only sent out on work days (not weekends or bank holidays). Orders placed before 2pm go out that day for next working day delivery (conditions apply).

Standard delivery charge is to UK mainland only.  Conditions apply.  Highlands & offshore islands are extra, and price is shown at checkout. If in doubt, please tick the “Pay By Phone” option and we will contact you. (Highlands postcodes include, but may not be limited to – IV, KE1-14, PH41, PH19-26, PH30-40, PH49 & 50, PA34, PA37, PA38, PA39)

No guarantee of any kind is given as to the times and dates of any delivery unless specified (over night carrier service is not 100% guaranteed)



The customer shall examine the goods as soon as is reasonably possible after delivery.

  • The customer shall immediately notify UK Door Locks of any damage, loss or shortage of the goods.
  • Unless the customer so notifies UK Door Locks within 7 working days after the date
  • when the customer became aware of such damage, loss or shortage, the customer
  • will be deemed to have accepted the goods in satisfaction of the corresponding order.


Handling Charge

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of invoice date by agreement with King Solutions (certain items are non-returnable-details available upon request), a copy of original invoice is required and refund/credit will be subject to a 25% handling charge, the customer is responsible for returning the goods safely.
